Mr. Alamgir S. Rahman
Deputy Director (Administration wing)

Mr. Alamgir S. Rahman is the Deputy Director of the Administration wing.

He joined as Librarian of this prestigious Institute in January 1997 and promoted as Assistant Director in 2003.  Subsequently he got promotion as Deputy Director in 2012. He has experience in working all the sections of the Institute and reputed to be one of the dynamic, able and efficient officers of the Institute.

In his academic background, he obtained B.Sc. and Masters on Library and Information Science from University of Dhaka and received extensive training on Procurement, Project management, secretarial functions and other service related matters.
